The 28-inch swing stick gives children the same benefits as the
adult swing sticks but with less weight. This 28-inch comes with
one adjustable 7oz weight and one fixed 7oz weight for a total of
14 ounces.
It's perfect because it teaches and reinforces the four principles
of golf: Flexibility, Stability, Strength and Power while developing
proper swing plane and ending potentially faulty swings which lead
to injuries, lack of flexibility and strength. It's great to use
indoors on those days when Mother Nature makes practicing outside
impossible.
